FawryPay Error Codes
Learn more about common error codes and how to resolve them.
introduction
FawryPay uses HTTP response status codes to indicate the success or failure of your requests. If your request fails, FawryPay returns an error using the appropriate status code. In this page, you will find a complete list of all potential error codes with an explanation of the specific reason of error occured.

| 99903 | Incorrect transaction details or merchant terminal is inactive | لقد تم رفض العملية مبيانات العملية غير صحيحة او حساب التاجر لدى البنك غير مفعل |
| 99904 | Issuer bank refused transaction as card is lost or stolen. Please contact issuing bank | لقد تم رفض العملية من قبل البنك حيث ان البطاقة ضائعة او مسروقة. برجاء التواصل مع البنك الخاص بكم |
| 99905 | Issuer bank is unwilling to accept the transaction. Ask the customer to use another card or contact bank for details | البنك المصدر غير راغب في قبول المعاملة. اطلب من العميل استخدام بطاقة اخرى او الاتصال بالبنك لمزيد من التفاصيل |
| 99906 | Card is incorrectly flagged as fraudulent. Please contact your issuing bank | البطاقة المستخدمة يمكن ان تكون احتيالية. يرجى الاتصال بالبنك المصدر |
| 99907 | Issuing bank declined this transaction. Please contact your bank to resolve this issue | البطاقة المستخدمة يمكن ان تكون احتيالية. يرجى الاتصال بالبنك المصدر |
| 99908 | This transaction can not be performed. Please try again later or use another card | لا يمكن اتمام هذه العملية. برجاء المحاولة مرة اخرى او استخدام بطاقة اخرى |

| 99912 | An error occurred while processing the card. Make sure that payments are correctly configured | حدث خطأ أثناء معالجة البطاقة. تأكد من تكوين المدفوعات بشكل صحيح |
| 99913 | Incorrect transaction amount, Please make sure to enter valid amount | مبلغ المعاملة غير صحيح ، يرجى التأكد من إدخال المبلغ بشكل صحيح |
| 99914 | Please make sure that card number is valid and try again | مبلغ المعاملة غير صحيح ، يرجى التأكد من إدخال المبلغ بشكل صحيحبرجاء التحقق من رقم الكارت المستخدم وحاول مرة اخرى |
| 99915 | The customer’s card issuer doesn’t exist. Double check the card number and try processing the transaction again | جهة إصدار بطاقة العميل غير موجودة. تحقق من رقم البطاقة وحاول مرة أخرى |
| 99922 | Issuer bank is not responding during the transaction. Please try again | البنك المصدر لا يستجيب أثناء المعاملة. حاول مرة اخرى |

| 99931 | Issuer bank declined transaction as card is not allowed for this service | تم رفض العملية من قبل البنك مصدر البطاقة حيث ان الخدمة غير متاحة للبطاقة المستخدمة |
| 99934 | The transaction is declined by the issuing bank as there is suspected fraud on this credit card number | تم رفض المعاملة من قبل البنك المصدر لوجود احتيال مشتبه به على رقم البطاقة المستخدمة |
| 99937 | The transaction is refused by issuer bank. Please contact issuing bank | لقد تم رفض العملية من قبل البنك مصدر البطاقة. برجاء التواصل مع البنك الخاص بكم |
| 99939 | The transaction is refused by issuer bank. Please contact issuing bank | لقد تم رفض العملية من قبل البنك مصدر البطاقة. برجاء التواصل مع البنك الخاص بكم |
| 99941 | Used card is reported as lost | تم الإبلاغ عن البطاقة المستخدمة على أنها مفقودة |
| 99942 | This card is not allowed to perform this kind of transaction. Please try again with another card | لا يمكن اتمام العملية بالبطافة المستخدمة . يرجى استخدام بطاقة اخرى واعادة المحاولة |
| 99943 | Used card is reported as stolen | تم الإبلاغ عن البطاقة المستخدمة على أنها مسروقة |
| 99949 | Issuer bank declined transaction as card is not allowed for online transactions | رفض البنك المُصدر للمعاملة لأن البطاقة غير مسموح بها للمعاملات عبر الإنترنت |
| 99951 | Insufficient card funds to complete this transaction | رصيد البطاقة غير كاف لاتمام هذه العملية |
| 99954 | The card is expired and no longer valid to use. Please use another card | انتهت صلاحية البطاقة ولم تعد صالحة للاستخدام. الرجاء استخدام بطاقة أخرى |
| 99955 | The card PIN code is incorrect. Please try again with the correct PIN | تم رفض العملية لادخالك رقم سرى خطأ . برجاء المحاولة بعد التأكد من الرقم السرى الصحيح |
| 99956 | Issuer bank declined transaction as card number is not exist. Please try another card | تم رفض العملية حيث ان رقم البطاقة غير موجود. الرجاء محاولة بطاقة أخرى |
| 99957 | Issuer bank declined transaction as card is not allowed for this service | تم رفض العملية من قبل البنك مصدر البطاقة حيث ان الخدمة غير متاحة للبطاقة المستخدمة |
| 99958 | Merchant processing account is not properly configure | يوجد مشكلة فى حساب التاجر عند اجراء عمليات الدفع |
| 99959 | The transaction is declined by the issuer because it appears fraudulent | تم رفض المعاملة من قبل المُصدر لأنها تبدو احتيالية |
| 99961 | The issuer has declined the transaction because it will exceed the customer’s card limit | تم رفض المعاملة لأنها ستتجاوز حد بطاقة العميل |
| 99962 | The card is invalid in a certain region or country | لا يمكن استخدام البطاقة فى هذه الدولة او المنطقة |
| 99963 | Issuing bank declined the transaction as it violated security checks. Please contact your bank | تم رفض المعاملة لانها لم تتعدى تحققات الامان . برجاء الاتصال بالبنك لحل المشكلة |
| 99965 | The issuer has declined the transaction because it will exceed the customer’s card usually used limit | تم رفض المعاملة لأنها ستتجاوز حد بطاقة العميل المعتاد استخدامه |
| 99967 | The transaction is declined by the issuing bank because the card is suspected to be counterfeit | تم رفض المعاملة من قبل البنك المصدر للاشتباه في أن البطاقة مزيفة |
| 99970 | The transaction is refused by issuer bank. Please contact issuing bank | لقد تم رفض العملية من قبل البنك مصدر البطاقة. برجاء التواصل مع البنك الخاص بكم |
| 99971 | The transaction is refused by issuing bank as PIN is not changed. Please contact issuing bank | لقد تم رفض العملية من قبل البنك مصدر البطاقة لانه لم يتم تغيير الرقم السرى. برجاء التواصل مع البنك الخاص بكم |
| 99975 | The transaction is refused as PIN was wrongly entered for max allowable tries. Please contact your bank | تم رفض المعاملة حيث تم إدخال الرقم السرى بشكل خاطئ لأقصى عدد من المحاولات المسموح بها. برجاء التواصل مع البنك الخاص بكم |

| 99986 | Transaction failed due to technical error from bank side. Please try again later | تعذر اتمام العملية نظرا لوجود خطأ تقنى من جانب البنك . برجاء المحاولة لاحقا |
